My stay at Reno Suites had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore downtown Reno. However, I encountered a few issues, such as an elevator being out of service and hot water challenges in the shower, which impacted my overall comfort.

The room itself was decent, with a comfy bed and clean bathroom, but I did experience issues such as the shower having no hot water and weak water pressure.

I found the check-in process efficient and felt safe during my stay, but I was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness to my housekeeping request, as my room never got made up.

The facilities need some maintenance; only one of the three elevators worked during my stay, and I had issues with the bathtub draining slowly and the toilet not flushing properly.

My stay at Reno Suites had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making my experience more pleasant. However, the location felt sketchy at times due to the presence of homeless individuals nearby, which was a concern for me. Overall, I appreciated the value for the price, but I did experience some discomfort due to the surroundings.

The staff members were excellent and very accommodating, particularly during check-in. They quickly resolved any concerns, and I felt supported throughout my stay.

I had a two-night stay at Reno Suites, and I found it to be a solid choice for the price. The location was incredibly walkable, with easy access to the main casinos and river walk, which I really appreciated. However, my experience was marred slightly by some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms and a less-than-stellar shower. Overall, for the value and convenience, I would recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable stay in Reno.

While I didn't partake in dining options at the hotel, I noticed there were various local restaurants very close by, which is a nice feature.

The hotel offered free parking, which was a bonus, and the common areas were kept tidy. However, the small entrance and parking situation could definitely use improvement.
